Mimosa has a stunning outside patio area which opens out in front of a three pod building design, consisting of the main house incorporating the living, dining and kitchen facilities, the queen master bedroom cottage and the 2 queen bedroomed guest cottage.

The ocean is visible from the elevated fully screened in porch and as an added bonus, at the back of the villa, though an archway, is a secluded courtyard and outside dining area..

Mimosa Cottage showcases original artwork by a talented local artist. The main house is open plan and has a new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic top stove, large fridge freezer and microwave; dining area, lounge, and 1/2 bathroom.

Cable TV with DVD and Wireless INTERNET ACCESS are also provided.

Mimosa Villa also has a fully equipped laundry room with washer and drier. There is an outside drying area, private outside shower and bbq grill.

On one side of the main courtyard, the queen master bedroom cottage has an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, with TV and fridge. On the other side of the courtyard, the two bedroomed guest cottage has two queen bedrooms, which are divided by a full bathroom with bath tub and shower. Each bedroom has AC.
