Mimosa Villa is a typical Caribbean style property set in an acre of private landscaped grounds and featuring a main house with 3 queen bedrooms arranged around a spacious central courtyard. See the plan below. The beautiful freeform pool is large enough for a swim or just to simply sit in and relax in complete privacy.

Through the archway, to the rear of the property, is a secluded courtyard - extra sunbathing privacy is assured!

The elevated main house has a fully screened front porch - a cozy shaded spot to sit, count the lizards, read a book or take a nap under a blanket of gentle breezes.

Mimosa has been newly refurbished. The spacious main house is open plan. The living area has flat screen Cable TV, DVD and wireless Internet. There are DVDs available for guest use and a good selection of books to read. The main house also has a powder room. The designer kitchen with hand cut tiles, is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic top stove, large fridge freezer,microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker, bread machine, blender and toaster oven. Outside, a BBQ gas grill completes your cooking needs.

The large master bedroom suite has a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The two bedroom cottage has 2 queen beds with a connecting bathroom that has a shower over the tub. The basins throughout the villa are Corian.

Located on the beach road, Mimosa is just a short walk, via the nearby beach trail access, from stunning Long Bay Beach, where you can walk for miles and never see another soul. Perfect for weddings and honeymoons too.

Mimosa Villa also has a fully equipped laundry room with washer and drier. There is an outside drying area and private outside shower. Located barely a 10 minute drive to the supermarket, Golf Course, the Marina at Leeward (where you can take a boat to the other islands) and to the wide variety of restaurants and bars on Grace Bay. Horse riding and Jet Ski hire is also very close by. Chairs, mats, towels and a cooler for the beach are also provided. Children are very welcome.
