VILLA BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Prices and dates quoted are guaranteed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club or bank wire transfers. The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. All villa rental bookings are now subject to a 10% accommodation tax, which is itemized separately on your booking form. This amendment to section 3 of the Hotel and Restaurant (Taxation) Ordinance was passed by the Legislative Council of the Turks and Caicos Government at the May 2004 Budget Sitting.
Refunds, less an administration fee of $300.00 and any credit card costs incurred, can be made on bookings cancelled in writing before 60 days prior to arrival. Sea Feathers Ltd may offer to re-schedule your vacation for up to 12 months from the original time and date of booking, subject to availability for cancellations received in writing between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, we are unable to refund or re-schedule. There are no refunds for the major holiday periods of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Our full rental policy will be sent to you on request.

Please note that with effect from January 1st 2006 US citizens re-entering the US from the Caribbean should be in possession of a valid US passport.
