The incredibly spacious interior is tastefully furnished throughout. Ameneties include a great hall as you enter the villa, sitting room with CD player, DVD, satellite TV and VCR, dining room, gourmet kitchen, laundry room with washer and drier, outside covered loggia, terrace, large swimming pool with additional lounging pool, walkway to the sea with swimming platform and a barbecue gas grill.

Villa Palermo has 4 bedrooms comprising 2 Master suites, with ocean views, 1 queen and 1 set twins. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is air conditioned. One master suite also has a large oval bathtub as well as a spacious separate shower.

A native stone pathway leads directly from the pool deck to the swimming platform and the ocean. A kayak available for guest use. A small private beach is only a short kayak ride away and excellent bone fishing is within walking distance of Villa Palermo.
